This is a digital-only store. No physical products will be shipped.

All products sold on Listful are digital templates.

Once your purchase is complete, we will manually send your "Thank You" PDF (which contains your Canva template access links) to the email address you provided at checkout.

Delivery Timeframe: Please allow up to 24 hours to receive your delivery email. We fulfill all orders manually.

What To Do If You Don't Get Your Email:

1. Please check your Spam or Junk folder.

2. If you still cannot find your order after 24 hours, please contact us immediately at alisonprime.house2@zohomail.com with your order number, and we will make sure you get your files.
